We’re Priti, Jules, and Julian, the trio behind Mulholland Estate. When we bought our home with its incredible views it came with a lot of land. We were grateful to be surrounded by the beauty of the Hollywood Hills, but with that beauty came a heavy responsibility…to clear the property of fire hazards year after year. It may have taken us 6 years to figure it out, but Priti researched what plants would thrive in our unique soil conditions, be drought tolerant, retain the soil and wouldn’t fuel the flames if another firestorm hit our area. Having been evacuated in 2025 we are grateful for her discovery of AGAVE. Intrigued by its potential, Priti dove deep into learning everything she could about this remarkable plant. Jules, with his solid background in construction, along with our son Julian, took a hands-on approach to transforming our land into an agave farm. Together, we planned and worked tirelessly. This wasn’t just about growing a plant anymore; it was about turning a dream into reality. With every step, we’ve poured our hearts into this project, and we’re excited to share our journey with you.
